Our 3D optical scanners digitally map your boat’s deck with sub-millimeter accuracy, capturing every contour, angle, and fixture for a precision-fit Pacific Grip kit. From there, we work with you to bring your vision to life, from custom colors and patterns to logos, imagery, typography, and unique designs.
Once your design is approved, every kit is prepared and machined in-house using state-of-the-art equipment and premium, North American-made materials. At the heart of every Pacific Grip kit is UltraDeck®: a premium closed-cell PE foam engineered for the harsh marine environment. Highly UV-resistant, non-absorbent, stain-resistant, and easy to clean, it provides exceptional cushioning, sound dampening, and non-slip traction without absorbing water or odors. Finished with a high-grade 3M acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, it delivers a durable, low-maintenance surface built for life on the water.
